Cast Iron Lofts

South of Hoboken and west of New York. Cast Iron Lofts is a brand new building located in the brand new neighborhood of Soho West located in Jersey City. We were contacted to lead multiple creative initiatives to assist with the marketing and branding of the building.

We created a promotional video and an interactive virtual tour of the building and its various floorplans. The promo video was shot during a three day span and was made to show the wonders of the building and to entice potential new residents to apply for a future lease opportunity. The virtual tours were created for the purpose of giving potential new residents an interactive look at Cast Iron Lofts.

We also assisted with producing their groundbreaking event that occurred for the second phase of their building. Our tasks included inviting prominent residents and figures of the Jersey City and Hoboken areas, as well as producing the event, documenting it and making sure it was a success.
